1. Our General Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all software, services, and products (collectively, "Products") offered by idk uno ltd and all of its subsidiary companies.
By default, all purchases of Products (including, but not limited to, license keys and Software-as-a-Service subscriptions) from idk uno ltd and its subsidiaries are final and non-refundable.
Our open-source software is provided free of charge and "as is" without warranty, as detailed in its associated license. As it is free, there is no purchase to refund.
2. Subscription Cancellations (SaaS & License Keys)
You may cancel your recurring subscriptions at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. This action will stop any future charges.
Effect of Cancellation: When you cancel a subscription, your service and access will remain active until the end of your current, paid billing period (e.g., the end of the month or year for which you have already paid).
No Prorated Refunds: Cancellation stops all future billing cycles but does not trigger a partial or prorated refund for any unused portion of your current subscription term.
3. Refund Exceptions & Requests
We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. While our policy is "no refunds" by default, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. These requests are not a guarantee of a refund and are assessed using our good will.
If you believe you have an exceptional circumstance that warrants a refund (such as a demonstrable billing error or an accidental duplicate purchase), you must contact us within 14 days of the transaction at:

4. Statutory Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where such laws provide a mandatory "cooling-off period" or other refund rights that cannot be waived, those rights will take precedence over this policy.

idk uno ltd reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all purchases made after the new policy's effective date.
