We believe in earning your business, not locking you in. We strive to maintain goodwill with all our users. Therefore, all our software product subscriptions can be cancelled easily and at any time.

2. Applicability

This policy applies to all recurring subscriptions for software products (such as Software-as-a-Service and license keys) offered by idk uno ltd and all of its subsidiary companies.

This policy does not apply to one-time purchases (which are final) or to consulting services, custom development contracts, or other service agreements. Cancellations for consulting and custom services are governed by the terms of their specific individual contracts.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

We guarantee a straightforward cancellation process:

  • From Your Account: The easiest and quickest way to cancel is by logging into your account, navigating to the "Billing" or "Subscription" section, and selecting the "Cancel" option.
  • By Email: If you cannot find this option or have any trouble, you can email us directly at info@idk.uno with your cancellation request, and our team will process it for you.

4. What Happens After You Cancel

When you cancel a subscription, your service and access will remain active until the end of your current, paid billing period (e.g., the end of the month or year for which you have already paid).

You will not be billed for any future subscription cycles. As detailed in our separate Refund Policy, cancellation does not entitle you to a partial or prorated refund for any unused portion of your current billing term.

5. Policy Changes

idk uno ltd reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all subscriptions active at, or created after, the new policy's effective date.
